Contributions or gifts to Smoke-Free Alternatives Trade Association are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. For tax year 2023, we estimate 70% of dues will go to the organization’s lobbying activities.
